ChicagoNetTech Announces New Customer Service Portal

ChicagoNetTech has unveiled a new customer service portal for our customers at http://portal.chicagonettech.com.


The new portal, which runs under SmarterTools SmarterTrack CRM software will allow ChicagoNetTech to better track and serve the requirements of our customers, provide better service and give us better history on issues which have been resolved.


The new CRM portal has a fully searchable knowledge base which contains self-help articles on setting up smartphones, tablets, and desktop software with our SmarterMail e-mail server software; technical support articles on network and e-mail security; and other articles of interest to our customers.
